Order Confirmation

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Only normal inspection of the product is allowed

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please note:

  • Do not send items back without approval

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video

After review:

  • A replacement may be offered
  • In some cases, a return may not be required

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Returned due to incorrect address

A $35 CAD fee may be deducted to cover handling and shipping costs.


Cancellations
